1. Approach all clients non-judgementally and with compassion and respect.
2. Treat all clients equally regardless of their ethnicity, gender, age, sexual preferences and religious beliefs.
3. Approach every reading with presence, genuine interest and enthusiasm.
4. Read only for clients over the age of 18.
5. Keep all client information ( contact details and actual readings) confidential.
6. Decline answering questions about medical and legal outcomes.
7. Stay away from giving advice and instead layout alternatives so that clients can decide for themselves what action is best for them.
8. Refrain from trying to analyze others and instead reframe questions so that the emphasis is on the client being better able to understand their own emotions, motivation and choices.
9. Serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without intending to cause harm.
10. Decline a reading if I feel for whatever reason unable to serve the client's best interests.
